***TO VIEW A PHOTO LARGER JUST CLICK ON IT!***We had a great time ringing in the new year with some good friends! We went to Joey and Cyndi's house. We had lots of good food to eat! It was a very rainy night so we didn't get to do as many fireworks this year. :( The kids did enjoy doing fireworks for a little while though. This first photo was taken at our house before we left. I had to put it on here b/c Ivey's face cracks me up every time I look at it! She is holding a plastic container which has her tooth in it! It is actually a bottle we use at work to feed babies with. I have one b/c it is perfect for packing salad dressing in my lunch! Anyway, Stacey J. came over to help me make green bean bundles for the party. (That's what I have to bring every year...per orders from Cyndi and Stacey!) She was goofing off with Ivey and MADE her knock her tooth out! Or at least that's what Ivey says! LOL Stacey denies any wrongdoing! So anyway, Ivey carried the tooth with her everywhere....all night long! We told her the toothfairy may not be able to come, due to her fear of flying through fireworks. Ivey was convinced she would come though, and that not even fireworks or the bad weather would stand in her way! We were home right before midnight....we never make it to midnight anymore! LOL~Amber

Here are some random shots from December! We did many fun things for Christmas! We spent time with Danny's family at his mom's (Freda) house. We also had a nice time with my family when they came to our house. You will see pics here from the North Pole Stroll, where the Grinch scared Mylah to death! You will also see a pic of my mom "BeBe" giving Mylah a sweet book about adoption. There is one of my 3 girls feeding the reindeer our homemade food (oats, glitter, cake sprinkles, and whatever else the girls threw in there!) on Christmas Eve! We love Christmas time, even though it is a very hectic month!
Love,
Amber
In December we made a quick trip to Mylah's birthplace! Brennan's cheer team had a competition in Atlanta one weekend. We did not get to see Mylah's birthfamily on this visit, as we were only there a short time. We did get to show Brennan and Ivey the hospital that Mylah was born in. Here is a pic of all the girls in front of the hospital sign. Such sweet, awesome memories and emotions flooded me going back to this special place! We also got to eat at Glady's Knight Chicken and Waffles, which happens to be right across the street from the hospital! I love, love, love this restaurant and hope to eat there every single time I visit Atlanta! If you haven't tried it, you really must! I love fried chicken, and well....they have the very best! The waffles are an added bonus and are great too! I can't wait to go back! We will be making a trip in Feburary to visit Mylah's birthfamily and attend another cheer competition. I can't wait to see "T" and Mylah's 3 birth siblings! It has been almost a year since we have seen them. I bet the kids have grown soooo much! Blessings and Peace,Amber
